🙌 Follow Health and Safety Protocols. Wear a mask and Wash Your Hands.
❌ Avoid any kind of Social Gathering.
✅ Practice Social Distancing at all times.
💪 Stay Healthy by maintaining a healthy diet and doing regular exercise.
📚 Start a new hobby. Like Gardening, Reading, Sewing / Knitting or whatever legal and safe activities that interest you.
🤾♂️ If you are a parent to young children, enjoy your day by spending time talking and playing with your kids.
❌ Avoid Stress. Try meditation or say a Prayer.
